LISTEN: PHARRELL WILLIAMS - HERE ('THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2' SOUNDTRACK)

Pharrell Williams wears the producer and featured artist hat on the soundtrack for The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Playing his role as part of The Magnificent Six score team with Hans Zimmer for the upcoming sequel, Williams lent his hand to "It's On Again" with Alicia Keys and Kendrick Lamar, as well as the solo song "Here." On the acoustic guitar-laden ballad, Williams sings of holding onto love despite its obstacles. Sounds like a good backdrop for a scene between Spidey (Andrew Garfield) and Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone).

BEYONCE & JAY-Z SET FOR SUMMER STADIUM TOUR…TOGETHER

Are Mr & Mrs. Carter heading out on tour together?

According new reports, Beyonce and Jay-Z are indeed set to hit the road this Summer for a major US trek.

Page Six reports that the power couple are on the brink of announcing a Summer stadium run – one that will see them play to 20 mega-venues across North America.

While firm dates have yet to be announced, the jaunt (which has been the subject of speculation for several months) will “reportedly” set sail in June and “could” see the Carter’s rock their home state of New York on Independence Day (July 4th).

Blue Ivy’s parents recently wrapped individual tours in support of their latest albums; Jigga closed out 52 dates for his ‘Magna Carta…Holy Grail’ in January, while King B’s ’Mrs. Carter Show’ wrapped in March. Interestingly, the latter – though having hit America already – hasn’t yet done so in support of Bey’s self-titled album. Indeed, it was the the last European leg of the trek alone that saw songs from the “surprise” LP given the live treatment.

A fact which, perhaps, suggests there could be truth embedded suggestion of a joint US tour. In any case, time will tell. That said, while we initially had reservations (see: both acts are big enough to go it alone), conceptually it could be amazing.

It’s a given it’ll be the hottest ticket in town; yet from a musical standpoint, Bey and Jay don’t just have songs together…they have hits. ‘Crazy In Love’, ‘Drunk In Love’, ‘Upgrade U’, ‘On The Run’, not to mention their own catalogue of classics.

If pieced together in the right way, the results could be great.

KYLIE MINOGUE PERFORMS “INTO THE BLUE” ON GRAHAM NORTON

Kylie Minogue stopped by The Graham Norton Show to chat and give a fantastic performance of her single “Into The Blue.”

Although pop radio didn’t bite at all, the song recently topped the Billboard Dance Club Songs Chart – becoming her eighth consecutive number one on the chart.

Kylie will release the Pharrell Williams produced “I Was Gonna Cancel” as a single later this year.

RÓISÍN MURPHY – “ANCORA TU”

Former Moloko vocalist Róisín Murphy will release a new six-track EP titled ‘Mi Senti’ on May 28th. The EP, which was recorded over the past year in London and Ibiza with producers Sebastiano Properzi and Eddy Stevens, finds Murphy covering five classic Italian pop songs and features one brand new track: “In Sintesi.”

Our very first taste of the EP comes in the form of the song “Ancora Tu”, a track made famous by Lucio Battisti in 1976. Róisín is currently in the studio working on a brand new studio album that she hopes to release later this year.

ONEREPUBLIC – “LOVE RUNS OUT (EXTENDED EDIT)”

OneRepublic has premiered their brand new single “Love Runs Out” in full via their SoundCloud page. The track, which was crafted by the band’s frontman and hugely successful singer-songwriter and producer Ryan Tedder, was originally intended to be the lead single from the band’s latest album Native, but Ryan felt the song wasn’t quite ready to be released. “Love Runs Out,” which you can download now on iTunes, appears on a re-packaged version of the band’s album Native.

KYLIE MINOGUE – I WAS GONNA CANCEL (THE PRESETS REMIX)

“I Was Gonna Cancel” (written and produced by Pharrell) is the 2nd single to be taken from Kylie’s brand new album “Kiss Me Once” and the single will be released on May 12th.

Australian duo The Presets flips the original into dance pop heaven aided by spaced out synth sounds and a steady beat.
We have always had the utmost respect for Kylie as a pop star and an Australian Icon. After we DJed for her recently in Sydney she asked us to remix “I Was Gonna a Cancel”. Saying yes was a no brainer.”
